Chelsea could save £23million on their wage bill by selling Romelu Lukaku and Malong Sarr.

According to ufabet http://ufabet999.app, the Belgian striker has agreed personal terms with Napoli. With a fee in the region of £35million remaining to be negotiated, according to Chelsea. The departure of Napoli means the Blues are
offloading one of their highest-paid players, although Lukaku will take a pay cut from £325,000-a-week to £200,000. Sarr, who is
currently on £100,000-a-week since joining from Nice in 2020, has struggled to play and has been sent out on loan to Porto and Monaco during his time at Stamford Bridge. With
Lukaku’s wages removed from his weekly wage bill, Chelsea would save £23million-a-year by offloading the pair. However,
Lukaku and Sarr They will not be the last two players to leave the club this summer, with up to six expected to leave as Enzo Maresca builds for the future. The
club’s executives are looking to raise funds to comply with PSR rules in 2024-25 and could see up to £40m available to sell six players, with the likes of Trevoh Chalobah, Kepa Arrizabalaga, Ben Chilwell and Raheem Sterling all on the list.
There is the not-so-small matter of the two clubs coming to terms over a transfer fee, however. It’s understood the Blues have a £38m release clause in Lukaku’s contract but would be open to selling for £29.5m.
However, Napoli are said to have baulked at even the reduced fee. Lukaku could be keen on the idea of linking back up with old boss Antonio Conte’s, with whom he won a Serie A title while he was on loan at Inter Milan in 2021.
